We provide time-pressured teams with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they need for you to stay ahead of the competition.
We offer over 70 bite-sized, in-company training courses that address current workplace challenges. Our face-to-face, virtual, and blended solutions help drive productivity and profitability for our clients in twenty business sectors.
Management and interpersonal skills, agility and resilience, are needed now more than ever to enable employees to quickly adapt to the fast-changing workplace. Investing in employee development improves productivity, team morale, and your ability to attract employees, creating more opportunities for your business. With just three out of five employers arranging training in 2019 it's worth considering how in-company training could strengthen your team and business in the year ahead.
Our expertise spans areas ranging from wellbeing and mental health to leadership and sales development. From delivering a sales pitch to preparing for a difficult conversation we work with businesses of all sizes to create well-balanced, happy, and productive workplaces. Whether you are looking to accelerate the development of new managers or address performance issues in a team we can help you choose the courses that will most benefit your organisation.
In just two hours, employees get fresh thinking and tools that make a tangible difference to the way they solve their work challenges. By combining subject theory, with research, our trainers' real-world experience, and interactive exercises we bring the subject to life. Each course allows time for participants to explore and practise key concepts and is rounded off with take-home actions and notes.
"We have been working with Paul and his team at BiteSize Learning for over two years now and we are delighted with their service.
We run a complex operational and logistic programme to support environmental science across the polar regions. We employ a diverse group of people and a large number work remotely. Despite these challenges, Paul managed to develop a flexible modular programme to support their professional development."
Mariella Giancola - Head of HR, British Antarctic Survey
"BiteSize has perfected the art of getting a lot into a short space of time in a very interactive way. I like the common sense and practical stuff, the videos, games, and the fact that people move around, it’s really exciting stuff.
I like working with Paul, because of his background he is aware of the pressures I am under, he really understood me quickly and got on with delivering what I’d asked for."
Andrea Farrell - Organisational Development and Learning Manager,
University of the Arts London
"I’m really glad we decided to go ahead with this – the importance of investing in your team is that much greater in an increasingly remote & distributed workplace. I fear a lot of companies will have gone the opposite way and lost sight of that, but we won’t be one of those companies!"
Richard Gunn - Chief Operating Officer, Hyperexponential
Each course is designed to be run individually or combined with other courses to create a programme that can be run over a day, week, month, or longer timeframe.
Courses run for 120 minutes and are delivered face-to-face, online, or a combination of the two. They are designed for a minimum of four to fifteen participants to ensure everyone benefits from the group exercises.
Every course has clearly defined objectives and key learning points, all summarised in a course outline. At the end of each course we will provide you with a set of course notes, free of charge.
We offer multi-course programmes or you can choose to combine any of our standalone courses to create a tailored programme. For a deeper dive into the subject matter, or to provide additional support for employees, we offer one-one and group coaching that can be used to complement our courses.
