Managers are often reluctant to give feedback and receive feedback because they lack the skills and confidence to do so effectively.

In this popular course, participants learn about the objectives and benefits of honest feedback. Suitable for managers at all levels and team members who need to give and receive feedback to enable interdependent working relationships.

Participants will be given tools, techniques and a common language to help them to give and receive constructive feedback – both praise and criticism.

Packed with interactive activities this live, two-hour training course gets attendees engaged. It provides the tools and action steps to enable employees to approach giving and receiving feedback confidently.
