Course Overview

Participants will learn about the need for change and tools and techniques for thriving in a changing, developing and innovative culture. They will be given techniques to ensure that they are heard and included in times of change. The feeling of increased control in volatile or changing business environments will reduce stress and increase personal effectiveness.
