Meridy leads product at BiteSize Learning, shaping everything from our courses and programmes to the practical digital tools and platforms that help people put what they've learned to work. Meridy began her career in advertising and brings the same thinking to learning: know your audience, earn their attention and give them a reason to act. She believes live, expert-led sessions are where behaviour really changes, and that technology's job is to support that moment, not replace it.
Away from work she is usually on or near the water, sailing in the Solent, planning her next adventure or out with her dogs.
