"I thought our trainer was great - she was very open and approachable despite how difficult some of the topics were. She brought lightness to these topics and made me feel like I was in a safe environment which allowed me to open up in a way that I wouldn't often do. Thank you very much."

How can wellbeing training make your organisation a better place to work?
When work is so often cognitively demanding, taking care of everyone’s mental wellbeing is of critical importance.
The rise of remote work, coupled with increased workloads and uncertain economic times, has placed new kinds of stress on employees across industries. As such, it's no surprise that promoting positive mental health in the workplace has become a top priority for HR professionals, L&D specialists, and senior leaders alike.
This is where the benefits of training, learning, and development come into play. Investing in mental wellbeing training programs for employees not only fosters a culture of empathy and understanding but also equips them with the tools they need to take care of their own mental health.
With modules that cover topics such as supporting others' mental health, maintaining inner resilience, and protecting oneself from burnout, these programs are designed to help employees thrive both professionally and personally.
One of the powerful benefits of our mental wellbeing training courses is their ability to create a safe space for employees to share their experiences openly and honestly. By encouraging dialogue and increasing trust, these programs can help to break down stigmas around mental health and promote a culture of openness and acceptance in the workplace.
Our training sessions bring together proven techniques and perspectives from various modalities, including meditation, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy. Attendees may also learn about different forms of mental illness, such as anxiety and depression, and how to recognise warning signs in themselves and their colleagues.
In addition to simply promoting employee wellbeing, investing in mental wellbeing training programs can also help organizations like yours achieve their broader HR goals. By fostering a culture of empathy and inclusivity, companies can improve their employer brand, increase retention rates, reduce illness and absence, and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
All in all, the benefits of mental wellbeing training programs are clear. They promote empathy, understanding, and resilience while equipping employees with the tools they need to take care of their mental health. By investing in these programs, organizations can create a more positive and productive workplace culture, benefiting both employees and the business as a whole.
