"This has to be one of the best 'virtual' courses i have attended. The trainer was great at getting everyone to contribute and the break out rooms meant we got to speak to most of the others in the training and provide valuable feedback. Thank you!"
Attendee, Mental Health Awareness

"I found the course to be the perfect introduction and guidance for Mental Health Awareness. The trainer was very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the session, getting us all involved. The subject is emotive and encouraged discussion, which is what we need to do help us all learn. Well done."
Attendee, Mental Health Awareness

"I thought our trainer was great - she was very open and approachable despite how difficult some of the topics were. She brought lightness to these topics and made me feel like I was in a safe environment which allowed me to open up in a way that I wouldn't often do. I look forward to staying on this learning journey myself while also knowing I can help others should they need it."
Attendee, Mental Health First Aid

"What could have seemed a fairly daunting number of elements and topics were covered in such a well structured and intuitive way, which resulted in an easy journey to understanding with a lot more clarity how to approach, help and hopefully ultimately be more effective in promoting better mental health across my team."
Attendee, Managing for Mental Health

"Honestly, this course was really eye-opening for me and has helped me understand what I need to do to look after myself and therefore be a better source of support as a manager. I was very impressed throughout and having an open forum like this was very helpful to understand where a lot of us stand within the business in regards to mental health management. Thank you very much."

"A wonderful reminder that we all have mental health which needs to be looked after and to check in on people to make sure they are ok (and ask twice, as they may just say OK the first time!)"
