Paul Hayden

Paul is a successful trainer, author and conference speaker, with a strong background in sales and people development.

He has over 25 years’ experience developing people at all levels from new recruits to board level. His area of expertise is sales, including sales management, negotiation skills, key account management, presentation skills. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management by achievement and the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Paul has worked with companies as diverse as KPMG, Oxford University Press, Western Union, British Gas, Stryker, IBM, Nissan, Honeywell, Barclays, O2, Sodexo and Kone.

Among other clients, he works with London Business School, delivering bespoke programmes to business leaders and MBA students in sales, negotiation, presentation and influencing. He is the author of two books that have been translated into ten different languages and sold over 80,000 copies each.

A truly global consultant, Paul has worked in over 30 countries, including America, China, Japan, Dubai, India, Russia and Brazil.
