The right tools are essential to getting the job done efficiently. The business skills toolbox is a selection of versatile techniques and processes that will assist you in planning, making decisions, finding creative solutions and enabling you to work more effectively. 

This personal effectiveness course is based on a practical case study to facilitate the application of the tools in a business context. 

In just two hours, managers get fresh thinking and practical tools to solve their everyday challenges.  Our tried and tested courses combine subject theory, research, interactive exercises. Each course allows participants to explore, discuss and practise key concepts and is rounded off with actionable takeaways.

Participants on business skills toolbox training will be able to

  • Use a range of tools for planning (SWOT, GAP analysis, mind-mapping, brainstorming and 6 thinking hats)
  • Make decisions having considered pertinent factors and consequences in context of the bigger picture
  • Identify areas holding them back and develop solutions to overcome barriers
  • Unlock creative solutions to difficult challenges
  • Work collaboratively with others to find the best solution, while minimising conflict
