Values workshops – training course

Course Overview

A series of facilitated workshops run to help an Organisation cement cultural change and support the transfer of values into evidenced behaviour at all levels of the Organisation. Sessions are designed to position the Organisation Values, focus on techniques for practical implementation and gain commitment to action.

Participants will be able to

  • Understand the Vision and Strategy
  • Recognise the Organisation Values
  • Understand the process used to produce the Organisation Values
  • Recognise the relevance of the Organisation Values to their own division
  • Consider what actions they can take in accordance with the Organisation Values
  • Identify barriers to implementation
  • Generate ideas to embed Organisation Values
  • Offered to all employees
  • differentiated by work group and seniority
  • Up to 2 hours
  • 10 - 20 maximum participants
