Elaine is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategic Advisor, Professional Coach and Facilitator.

She works with organisations to raise awareness, foster honest dialogue and coach senior leaders to make meaningful Diversity and Inclusion change in their business and achieve the benefits of D&I.

With 20 plus years in Strategic HR, Diversity, Culture and Inclusion, Change Management & Executive Search, Elaine holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise, gained from working with businesses of all sizes, both public and private sector – FTSE 100 companies to small and medium-sized businesses. She has an authentic style coupled with an instinctive, honest and pragmatic approach, which have proved invaluable when training and coaching in the space of D&I, particularly those in executive level positions.

Elaine holds a Diploma in Professional Coaching, is a Fellow Member of the CIPD, has a BA Hons in Business Studies from Middlesex University and is certified in Prosci Change Management. Family, food and fun are her key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle.
