Ingle Dawson is an associate trainer at BiteSize Learning.

Ingle is a chartered accountant and was a partner for 5 years in a major global firm.

He then spent 7 years as a founding director of a successful change management consultancy and subsequently he has worked across a wide range of organisations in the UK and globally, in the field of personal impact, leadership and change at all levels from new entrants to senior leadership.

Ingle has significant facilitation, coaching, and skills training experience working internationally across a range of sectors, including financial services, the professions and regulation, media and marketing services.

  • Graduate Apprentice Induction for a global Consultancy Firm, focusing on entry skills around personal brand, dealing with senior colleagues and clients, clarity of communication, etc. Designed to build confidence and judgement.

  • Presentation skills programmes at ‘Essentials’ and ‘Advanced’ levels across a range of sectors from advertising to insurance

  • Leadership programmes run for two sizeable regional accountancy firms, one winning a European wide award.

  • National roll out of ‘Positive Politics’ workshops for senior executives within a major retail bank.
