“Founding the Company with Rob and Shirine remains one of the best things I have done, despite previously having had an enjoyable and successful career in HR and Training.
I worked as Head of HR for large companies in both the UK and America, and ran a Corporate University in Chicago. But I now have the pleasure of coordinating the efforts of our fantastic team, but still enjoy design and delivery – particularly of our tailored leadership programmes.
I believe that learning is the most powerful force for good – as we learn, we understand each other, we create, we solve problems and we realise opportunities. I have a fascination for how organisations manage change, a strong belief in the value of good people management, and a passion for providing tools, techniques and thinking that will help individuals to take control of those challenges currently outside their comfort zones.”
