Paula Frazer

Paula is a passionate advocate of improving communication and customer satisfaction in the workplace to facilitate growth, performance and results.

She spent over 25 years working in the travel industry, both overseas and in the UK, in leadership roles focusing on delivering excellent customer service. As someone who is naturally empathetic, passionate and challenging, Paula trained and led her teams to be emotionally intelligent with every customer interaction and provide authentic, individualised customer service, leading to national acclaim within the sector.

She works at all levels, with business leaders and their team members, empowering them to reach their full potential. In addition to her natural empathy and passion, Paula uses a variety of interventions, including coaching, mentoring, training and profiling.
