Sue brings clarity, energy and enthusiasm to her delivery and can share relevant stories from across her extensive and varied career. She uses her knowledge of how people develop new skills and change their ways of working to help them gain maximum benefit from their learning opportunities. She quickly creates a safe and productive learning environment where all participants’ learning needs can be met. She is particularly skilled at bringing everyone into conversations.
