Katie Botten
Katie spent 15 years working in a range of Financial Services organisations in a variety of senior HR and OD roles before transitioning to coaching and development.
She regularly delivers people related consultancy projects within professional services firms as well as designing and delivering workshops and courses in areas such as effective communication, managing performance, impact and influence, leadership, recruitment and selection, emotional intelligence and managing organisational change. She has worked for global organisations and has delivered projects in the US and across the EMEA region.
