Kathryn Sullivan
Kathryn is a veteran trainer having first completed a qualification in 2006.
With a career spanning the private, education and charity sectors, she brings a breadth of experience across a varied portfolio, but has latterly developed a specialism in organisational development and governance.
She has been a trustee for over 14 years, currently on her second Chair role, and is also a primary school governor, a non-exec director of a CIC and a member of the National Governance Association. A seasoned community theatre performer, Kathryn uses her understanding of the importance of both verbal and non-verbal communication to bring information to life. She is passionate about helping people learn how they can harness their strengths to make impressive changes in their workplaces.
