Kaye Bateman
Kaye is passionate about helping people to build and lead teams to maximise the output that the team as a whole can achieve, whilst also nurturing each individual.
Kaye has over 20 years of training delivery experience and specialises in working with clients on leadership, management and team-building skills such as coaching and communication. She has facilitated training courses for clients all over the UK, as well as overseas in Europe and Africa.
Kaye began coaching in 2003 and has since coached a wide variety of clients from senior management in multinational corporates to smaller organisations and charities. Her coaching approach enables clients to explore ideas, approaches and motivations in a safe and supportive environment, and empowers clients to identify and unlock their own solutions to challenges. Kaye is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
