With over 20 years’ experience working for corporate organisations/FMCGs in Senior HR and Learning and Development roles, Cécile combines sound HR knowledge with people development and coaching expertise.
Cécile has built a breadth of experience in a variety of industries ranging from Services (Insurance/Finance), Manufacturing/Drinks (Carlsberg UK Ltd), Automotive (Volkswagen Group UK), Education and Charities. She is a qualified coach, a member of the CIPD and has even been a CIPD lecturer helping develop the next generation of HR/L&D professionals. Cécile is a French native speaker and can deliver courses in both English and French.
Cécile is also highly experienced in career and transition coaching, helping middle to senior managers and leaders to find clarity on their career goals and focus on their personal impact and self-confidence. She has built a breadth of coaching experience in a variety of industries, including Automotive (Volkswagen Group UK), NHS Health and Social Care (Psychological Therapy), Charities such as Air Ambulance, Construction, Pension Trust and Sports. Her coaching philosophy is based on her values and purpose; integrity, flexibility, professionalism, courage and honesty.
