Jo's training and coaching draws upon more than two decades of experience in the professional learning arena.
From career roots in the financial sector, including Barclays and the Financial Services Authority, Jo has since held director-level roles at Kaplan Performance Academy and the Coach Collective.
An accredited coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, Jo also possesses an extensive track record of designing and delivering professional development solutions for organisations in the public sector, aerospace, retail and beyond.
