Maria is an exceptional trainer, coach and facilitator with over 10 years of experience in the learning & development world, and brings a wealth of experience and energy to every session.
She has delivered a wide range of programmes to major clients in varying industries across the private, public and charity sector, all F2F and via virtual platforms. Maria is used to working with delegates at every level - from apprentices through to senior managers and C-board level Executives. She has delivered leadership development programmes internationally, in multiple languages (English, Spanish & German) and is an expert at facilitating culturally diverse groups.
