"All the most important topics were covered, ranging from bias to confidence and interpersonal issues. It was good to have breakout rooms to encourage people to talk between themselves - that immediately made the workshop more involving and less daunting. Marie also did a great job at making the space feel safe for interaction."

"Our trainer made the effort to ensure that multiple people got the chance to participate in the discussions. Particularly liked that the smaller discussion groups were randomly shuffled, it was a great opportunity to interact with colleagues in other teams and we got to listen to a variety of perspectives."

“Meeting was really well structured, I was made to feel welcome and free to voice examples of their experiences without judgement, I loved that the breakout rooms where always different, so we got to speak with different people and hear different opinions.”
