Course Overview

Participants will learn how to use high level communication for maximum impact. They will be given techniques to engage others, draw contribution, provide clarity to their communication and establish their leadership credibility.

Participants will be able to

  • Understand what good communication is and develop messages which match their style of delivery
  • Choose the appropriate medium for maximum effect
  • Learn how to engage an audience and build a compelling story to convey their message
  • Use stories and questioning skills to reinforce the leadership message and build trust
  • Suitable for those leading a team
