Course Overview

Participants will use the Situational Leadership ©ll model to adapt their style in order to secure commitment and maximise team performance. They will learn how to identify the level of direction and support that each of their team members need in a given situation.

Participants will be able to

  • Explore what makes leaders effective
  • Recognise different leadership styles and identify their own preferred leadership style
  • Apply appropriate styles of leadership to their own work situations
  • Use a range of leadership styles to enable people to reach their highest level of performance
  • Suitable for leaders at all levels
