Participants will learn techniques and models that they can use to drive and manage successful change. They will be given a robust framework that can be applied equally to significant complex change as to minor performance improvement.
Participants will be able to

- Identify and overcome barriers to change in their workplace
- Understand the stages of the change curve and respond appropriately at each stage
- Communicate change effectively and appropriately
- Use a step by step framework to gain commitment to and manage change effectively
