Jeanette has over 20 years’ experience designing and running training programmes within commercial financial services and regulatory environments. Her expertise lies in culture development, behaviour change and values driven business conduct, and she is a lead associate on our Senior Management and Certification Regime programmes.
Having built and managed teams through significant organisational and cultural change, Jeanette brings her own experience to management and leadership development, successfully implementing programmes from frontline staff to board level. She uses exercises, storytelling and case studies to help managers and employees develop a practical understanding of how to apply best practice to their specific roles.
Jeanette is committed to enabling clients to implement a sustainable culture by aligning the tone from the top with policies, processes and behaviours all the way through the organisation.
