Paula is a passionate advocate of improving communication and customer satisfaction in the workplace to facilitate growth, performance and results. She spent over 25 years working in the travel industry, both overseas and in the UK, in leadership roles focusing on delivering excellent customer service.

As someone who is naturally empathetic, passionate and challenging, Paula trained and led her teams to be emotionally intelligent with every customer interaction and provide authentic, individualised customer service, leading to national acclaim within the sector. She works at all levels, with business leaders and their team members, empowering them to reach their full potential. In addition to her natural empathy and passion, Paula uses a variety of interventions, including coaching, mentoring, training and profiling.

Marie is senior HR generalist and trainer with almost 20 years’ experience across a range of sectors from premium brands, legal, FMCG, software development and manufacturing. A fellow of the CIPD, with an MA in Personnel and Development, Marie specialises in offering bespoke HR and training consultancy which is results focussed and sustainable. She embraces the challenge of balancing best practice with organisational context to deliver commercial value. Marie is passionate about working with clients to develop their management skills and personal effectiveness through practical one to one coaching or classroom based group delivery.

Sanchia delivers Leadership Development programmes with a particular focus on high performing teams and culture change. She is a talented L&TD consultant, facilitator and executive coach with specialist expertise facilitating workshops for leadership teams, management development, culture and behaviour change, career conversations, and building high performing teams. Sanchia has held senior L&TD roles at global professional services firms including Baker McKenzie, Miller Insurance, and Legal & General Investment Management. Sanchia follows a personal mantra to ‘never repeat a year’.  She is a Master NLP practitioner certified to use a wide range of psychometric assessment tools. Sanchia has coached and trained people at all levels, including Board Executives and holds an impressive portfolio of more than 27 years’ experience, demonstrating her track record for consistently adding value and solving people problems.

Founding the Company with Rob and Shirine remains one of the best things I have done, despite previously having had an enjoyable and successful career in HR and Training.  I worked as Head of HR for large Companies in both the UK and America and ran a Corporate University in Chicago. I now have the pleasure of coordinating the efforts of our fantastic team but still enjoy design and delivery – particularly of our tailored Leadership Programmes. I believe that learning is the most powerful force for good – as we learn, we understand each other, we create, we solve problems and we realise opportunities. I have a fascination for how organisations manage change, a strong belief in the value of good people management, and a passion for providing tools, techniques and thinking that will help individuals to take control of those challenges currently outside their comfort zones. Flora Mac Donald has over 17 years’ commercial experience with a proven track record as an executive coach and facilitator in the field of Talent Management.  Flora has worked with clients at every level of seniority, from Board level to emerging talent. Her experience covers a broad range of industry sectors and organisations, including UK programmes with FTSE 100 companies and internationally based assignments with multinationals.

Flora is highly experienced in the field of people development, team building, change management and career progression. Flora worked as a consultant in both Australia and London for a global management consultancy. She has contributed to articles on coaching and talent management in The Guardian, The Evening Standard and Executive Grapevine.

Janice is a confident and enthusiastic coach, mentor, and trainer. She thrives on the challenge of adapting to the needs of clients and enjoys providing bespoke mentoring and interventions for individuals and companies. A Master Practitioner in NLP, and with qualifications in Mindfulness based NLP, Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy, and experience in CBT, and Mindfulness, Janice draws on a broad skill set. Her work is solution focused and she specialises in enabling individuals to set and achieve goals, recognise strengths, maximise potential and optimise enjoyment, performance and resilience under pressure.

Kathryn is a veteran trainer having first completed a qualification in 2006. With a career spanning the private, education and charity sectors, she brings a breadth of experience across a varied portfolio, but has latterly developed a specialism in organisational development and governance. She has been a trustee for over 14 years, currently on her second Chair role, and is also a primary school governor, a non-exec director of a CIC and a member of the National Governance Association. A seasoned community theatre performer, Kathryn uses her understanding of the importance of both verbal and non-verbal communication to bring information to life. She is passionate about helping people learn how they can harness their strengths to make impressive changes in their workplaces.

Jonathan’s wealth of experience in learning and development spans over 27 years and includes employers and clients from many household names; in retail, finance, utilities and manufacturing. He is a qualified and experienced NLP trainer and coach (ICF and AC member) who uses many aspects of NLP and Accelerated Learning to facilitate fun and rapid learning. Jonathan is an Associateof CIPD and sits on the local committee. In all his work, he brings enthusiasm, flexibility and a passion for helping people transform themselves through learning.

Ingle is a chartered accountant and was a partner for 5 years in a major global firm. He then spent 7 years as a founding director of a successful change management consultancy and subsequently he has worked across a wide range of organisations in the UK and globally, in the field of personal impact, leadership and change at all levels from new entrants to senior leadership.

Ingle has significant facilitation, coaching, and skills training experience working internationally across a range of sectors, including financial services, the professions and regulation, media and marketing services.

Examples of recent programme delivery includes:

  • Graduate Apprentice Induction for a global Consultancy Firm, focusing on entry skills around personal brand, dealing with senior colleagues and clients, clarity of communication, etc. Designed to build confidence and judgement.
  • Design and delivery of a culture change programme for a major food manufacturer, winning a major industry award
  • Presentation skills programmes at ‘Essentials’ and ‘Advanced’ levels across a range of sectors from advertising to insurance

Abby joined BiteSize Learning in early 2021. Prior to BiteSize she managed a sales team and worked in business development and account management roles at a number of high-growth start-ups, and has also worked in customer service. She has a keen interest in psychology and has a BSc in the subject from UCL, and recently completed Mental Health First Aid training. At BiteSize, Abby’s role is working with new and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor for them the best training solution.

Jake has a track record in helping corporate executives and teams pitch and present confidently without notes, pass professional qualifications in less time and remember key information when networking.

He has represented England at the World Memory Championships multiple times, in 2015 winning the MSO Memory World Cup. In addition to competing in the Creative Thinking World Championships, in August 2016 he achieved the title of ‘International Master’ within the Mind Sport Olympiad.

Jake has featured in many national newspapers including The Times, The Telegraph and The Sun and has contributed to several TV and Radio documentaries on the art and science of memory, most recently ITV’s ‘How to Remember Everything’.

Paul is a successful trainer, author and conference speaker, with a strong background in sales and people development. He has over 25 years’ experience developing people at all levels from new recruits to board level.

His area of expertise is sales, including sales management, negotiation skills, key account management, presentation skills. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management by achievement and the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Paul has worked with companies as diverse as KPMG, Oxford University Press, Western Union, British Gas, Stryker, IBM, Nissan, Honeywell, Barclays, O2, Sodexo and Kone.

Among other clients, he works with London Business School, delivering bespoke programmes to business leaders and MBA students in sales, negotiation, presentation and influencing. He is the author of two books that have been translated into ten different languages and sold over 80,000 copies each.

A truly Global Consultant, Paul has worked in over 30 countries, including America, China, Japan, Dubai, India, Russia and Brazil.

Jeanette has over 20 years’ experience designing and running training programmes within commercial financial services and regulatory environments. Her expertise lies in culture development, behaviour change and values driven business conduct, and she is a lead associate on our Senior Management and Certification Regime programmes.

Having built and managed teams through significant organisational and cultural change, Jeanette brings her own experience to management and leadership development, successfully implementing programmes from frontline staff to board level. She uses exercises, storytelling and case studies to help managers and employees develop a practical understanding of how to apply best practice to their specific roles.

Jeanette is committed to enabling clients to implement a sustainable culture by aligning the tone from the top with policies, processes and behaviours all the way through the organisation.

Rob is a learning and development consultant who specialises in helping individuals and teams successfully implement behaviour change, and maximise potential. He is a founding Director of BiteSize Learning. He brings over 17 years’ experience operating at a senior level in the competitive and fast moving insurance sector and exceptional organisational and leadership ability, supported by high levels of energy and persuasive interpersonal skills. He has created and led diverse teams of learning and development specialists in a large multinational and coached business owners on business development and managing and implementing change. Rob is a member of the PFS and CIPD.

I am one of the founding Directors of the business.  My background is as an HR and L&D generalist, working predominantly in the IT and financial services sectors.  Before starting the business with Rob and Paul, I ran my own HR consulting business, providing advice and support on employment matters to businesses of all sizes.  Within BiteSize Learning, I am the lead trainer on Diversity, Inclusion and Unconscious Bias, Employment Law for Managers, Recruitment Interviewing and Performance Management.  I take great pleasure in being part of the training design team and training our associate trainers to deliver our short courses.  Additionally, I am the lead for Employment Matters, our HR consulting stream, where I have gained a reputation for providing practical commercial solutions to our clients.  You can reach me on 0771 978 4171.
