How we started, how we work, what we do, and who we are.

What is BiteSize Learning?

BiteSize Learning is an outstanding training provider based in the UK, delivering live training for organisations at their workplaces and online.

Founded in 2005 by Paul Hodder, Rob Conolly and Shirine Vincent, we specialise in designing & delivering focused, actionable training courses that help people work together better in just two hours. Since then, we’ve trained over 72,000 people the BiteSize way.

Our core training areas are in management, personal effectiveness, communication, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, effective remote & hybrid working and consultative sales.

Beyond our signature library of training courses, we design bespoke training sessions and programmes for organisations committed to developing talent.

We also offer valuable coaching services, either 1:1 or for small groups, for organisations where key contributors seek to overcome a thorny challenge or seize a new opportunity with the help of a curious and thoughtful collaborator.

The core of BiteSize Learning is a compact, remote-first team working from across the UK, while our training courses are delivered by a multi-talented network of expert associates. It’s a model that allows us to call upon the skill of practicing industry professionals with decades of combined experience.

In 2020, we embraced the new world of work by offering our training as live, online experiences delivered through Zoom or other virtual collaboration platforms. We now deliver roughly one-third of our training in person, while the rest remains virtual, and we’re pleased to note that participants attending our training online review their experience just as warmly.
